The Ibero- American Network for Higher Education Accreditation (RIACES) formally constituted in Buenos Aires on May 2003, is an Associations of Agencies and Higher Education evaluation and accreditation Institutions. The Network is a non profit organization, independent of any State, and their members must posses competencies in evaluation and accreditation in their respective country, effectively recognized by their government or State. The goals of the Network are promoting the cooperation and exchange in Higher Education evaluation and accreditation in the Ibero-American countries, as well as contributing to guarantee Higher Education quality in the member countries.
